Evidence-based migraine prevention planned and delivered by a neurologist, not a cosmetic clinic.
At Wellness Haus, Dr. Eric Cohen (Neurologist) offers a Botox treatment* for migraine prevention with a proper neurological assessment, a clear eligibility pathway, and follow-up designed to reduce headache days and improve quality of life.
*Treatment may be eligible for insurance.
What’s included?
Neurologist-led migraine assessment
Eligibility screening for migraine Botox
Personalized injection treatment plan
Treatment + follow-up plan
Coordination with your primary care provider (as needed)
Migraine is not just a headache. It can derail work, sleep, and relationships and when it becomes frequent, it can reshape your entire routine.
This treatment is for adults who experience recurring migraines and want a medical, prevention-focused treatment plan.
Common migraine patterns we see:

With neurologist oversight and structured follow-up, treatment is designed to reduce the burden and frequency of migraine over time.
Before care
• Migraine episodes disrupt work and plans
• Constant fear of the next attack
• Over-reliance on rescue meds
• Poor sleep and lingering “migraine hangover”
• Trigger avoidance becomes exhausting
• Feeling dismissed or stuck
After care
• Fewer headache days and fewer severe episodes
• More predictable routines and improved productivity
• Reduced need for rescue medication (when successful)
• Better sleep consistency
• More confidence making plans
• A clearer long-term prevention strategy
Why don’t more people get chronic migraine Botox treatment?
Because the barriers are high: many adults don’t recognize their symptoms, past experiences with providers can be discouraging, waitlists often run 2 to 6+ months, and in-person assessments can cost $2,500+ so people delay or give up on getting tested.

A 60–75 min virtual assessment with a clinician, comprehensive interview and assessment, screeners for anxiety/depression, and rule-outs. You’ll get a written outcome (diagnosis or explanation) and a tailored care plan within 24–48 hours. If medication is required, we will prescribe the medication to you at that point. After starting the initial medication, we will schedule a post-treatment follow-up and provide you access to our patient care line for daily support.
Yes, when appropriate. Your clinician initiates a personalized plan (stimulant or non-stimulant) that’s reviewed and approved by our psychiatrist. We provide titration guidance, safety checks, and pharmacy coordination.
Real clinical evaluation (not just forms), psychiatrist oversight on prescribing, and ongoing follow-up. The goal is safe, evidence-based treatment, not trial-and-error.
You’ll receive receipts for extended health benefits; coverage varies by plan. Medications are billed by the pharmacy separately. Care is available to those who live in Canada and are above 18 years of age.
You’ll still receive a clear written outcome with our clinical impression, what likely explains your symptoms, and next steps (e.g., therapy, sleep or mood treatment, or specialist referral). We only prescribe ADHD meds when clinically indicated.
Safety comes first. We review your medical history and meds, check baseline vitals, and choose stimulant vs. non-stimulant based on your risk profile. Doses start low and increase gradually with close follow-up. We monitor blood pressure/heart rate and side effects, coordinate with your family doctor, and order labs/ECG when clinically indicated. If it isn’t appropriate, we won’t prescribe.
Yes, we only treat patients 18 and older.
