Migraine is not just a headache. It can derail work, sleep, and relationships and when it becomes frequent, it can reshape your entire routine.
This treatment is for adults who experience recurring migraines and want a medical, prevention-focused treatment plan.
Common migraine patterns we see:

Many extended health plans may cover Botox for chronic migraine when clinical eligibility is met and prior authorization is approved. Coverage varies by insurer and plan, but most require documentation of chronic migraine and previous preventive treatment trials.
Botox for chronic migraine is typically administered on a repeating schedule (often every 12 weeks / ~3 months) with dosing commonly in the 155–195 unit range under established protocols. Some plans may reimburse up to ~200 units per treatment cycle, depending on adjudication and your specific policy.
You may qualify if you
• Have chronic migraine (commonly defined as 15+ headache days per month for 3+ months, with headaches often lasting 4+ hours)
• Have tried (or couldn’t tolerate) preventive migraine medications
• Are being treated and administered by a qualified physician
We make insurance submission easier
• We provide itemized receipts for insurance claims
• We document clinical eligibility during your neurologist assessment
• If your insurer requires prior authorization forms, our team can support the process (plan-dependent)
Disclaimer
Insurance coverage varies by plan and is not guaranteed. Receipts will be provided for insurance submission. Units used are determined clinically; typical treatment ranges from 40–200 units, billed per unit.

No. Migraine Botox uses a medical treatment approach and injection pattern intended for migraine prevention. It’s different from aesthetic Botox, and it’s delivered for clinical outcomes not appearance.
Many candidates have frequent migraine days and have tried other approaches. Your eligibility depends on your clinical history, migraine pattern, and safety considerations. We confirm this during your evaluation.
Some people notice change within the first few weeks, but results often improve over time with repeated treatment cycles. We’ll set expectations clearly based on your case.
Effects commonly wear over time and treatment is typically repeated on a schedule when appropriate. Your neurologist will guide timing.
Coverage varies widely by plan. We provide receipts and documentation where applicable.
When prescribed appropriately and delivered by a qualified medical provider, Botox is generally well tolerated. We screen for risks, review meds and history, and provide aftercare guidance.
Yes, we only treat patients 18 and older.
